What it means

This is a world that recreates the entire country of Switzerland at a 1:1 scale, where each block represents one cubic meter. The terrain is built from real elevation data provided by , the Swiss federal mapping agency, so mountains and valleys are accurately represented. It is a massive digital reconstruction, block by block, covering the whole country.

Accuracy & sourcesGrounded

The claim originates from the project's own website (blocks.manifold3d.ch), which is a primary source. It is corroborated by a Reddit post from the creator and discussion on Hacker News. The underlying data comes from swisstopo's open elevation data, so the terrain accuracy is reliable. The claim is solid.
