Beau Lamarre-Condon, a former police officer, visited a farm where he allegedly attempted to dispose of bodies, as testified during his trial.

What it means

Beau Lamarre-Condon, a former New South Wales police officer on trial for the murder of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, has been shown by the prosecution to have visited a farm weeks before the deaths where he later allegedly attempted to sink their bodies in a dam. The jury heard this evidence as part of the trial's detailed reconstruction of his actions.

Accuracy & sourcesGrounded

The claim is drawn directly from trial testimony as reported by multiple reputable outlets including ABC News and The Guardian, each citing court proceedings. As it reports what the jury was told rather than established fact, it is solid as a description of evidence presented, not as a proven assertion.
